Current State of Diplomatic Corps Construction

Inspired by the vibrant, luxurious lifestyle found in the world's busiest capitals, the Diplomatic Corps project is thoughtfully developed to offer a diverse range of experiences, catering to the needs of its residents. The Diplomatic Corps project is divided into four distinct areas, designated as N01, N02, N03, and N04. The Diplomatic Corps apartment complex comprises 23 buildings, ranging in height from 21 to 45 floors, as follows:

Area N01 includes 8 apartment buildings from T1 to T8.

Area N02 comprises 3 buildings from T1 to T3, with heights ranging from 22 to 25 floors.

Area N03 features 8 buildings, ranging from T1 to T8, with heights ranging from 21 to 31 floors.

Area N04A houses 2 apartment buildings, each standing 23 floors tall.

Area N04B includes 2 buildings, named T1 and T2, with a height of 28 floors.

These apartments boast sizes ranging from 80m2 to 164m2, featuring 2 to 3 bedrooms. They are intelligently and modernly designed, following spatial principles to ensure unobstructed views of other buildings, ample natural light, and efficient use of natural ventilation.

Recent Updates on Diplomatic Corps Construction Progress

As of now, significant strides have been made in the construction progress of Diplomatic Corps apartment buildings, with 12 out of 23 installations completed. Here's a breakdown:

Building N03 - T8 Diplomatic Corps apartment has been fully completed and is in the process of handing over apartments to many households. The remaining units are currently being prepared for sale.

Buildings N02-T1, N03-T1, N04B-T1, and N04B-T2 have reached the rough construction stage and are expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2015.

Buildings N02-T1 and N03 (T2-T7) are currently under construction and are slated for completion in 2016.

Construction has not yet commenced for Buildings N01 (T1 - T8) and N02 (T2-T3), N03-T7, N04A-T1, N04A-T2.
